Album 12 – Order & Disorder V
The last of the Order Disorder posts dedicated to animals. The animals, which together are always a reference used to describe disorderly behaviour (“don’t act like animals”). But then they are always the ones that abide by the strictest rules and ratios set by nature.
Starting with a herd of elephants 🐘 in @thandasouthafrica enjoying the cool mud, to a cauldron of bats🦇 in @puerto.maldonado taking the day off on a tree. From the crash of rhinos 🦏 at the @rhinoriverlodge to the sounder of warthogs 🐗 posing as the Beatles at @isimangaliso.
Album 12 – Order & Disorder IV
Is it more satisfying to see a colourful row of houses or a perfectly arranged and labeled display shelf?
Or does beauty hide in the arbitrarily placed grapes next to a hand of bananas? Or the memento of locks above a listless Dutch canal?
Do you strive to be organized and is the lack of order in the sentences above bugging you? Or do you embrace chaos and deal with whatever comes your way?
Album 12 – Order & Disorder II
This travels from the wine growing region, Franschhoek to the central piece at the Grand Notre Dame. From the far out ‘Rani ki Vav’ to the streets of London and Murcia.
Album 12 part two is a journey of detail in the ordinary and simple in the extraordinary.
Album 12 – Order & Disorder I
There is something innately beautiful about pattern and the lack of it. It is all around us and yet in our ‘routine’ all we strive to be is organised.
Album 12 is a little venture into abstract photography. Thriving on the chaos and patterns around us.
